Rupert Grint was born on August 24, 1988 in Great Britain. He is from family of five children (2 boys and 3 girls).

He makes his first steps of actor in the first episode of Harry Potter. He sent a letter to pass the casting, but obtained any answer of the producers. It thus decided to record a video and to publish it on Internet to convince them. This effort was paying, and Rupert was selected to incarne Ron.

He played then Plein Gas in 2002, then the 3 other episodes of the saga Harry Potter, and will probably finish the series.
